The subject of the Order is the supply of reagents together with the lease of diagnostic equipment for the Independent Public Health Care Center in Bochnia Szpital Powiatowy im. blessed Marta Wiecka, the Subject of the Order has been divided according to the following packages. Package No. 1 - Automatic testsj identification and drug susceptibility of microorganisms together with the lease of diagnostic equipment Package no. 2 - Chromogenic ready-made plates Package no. 3 - Drug susceptibility test for fungi, manual method Package no. 4 - Strip system for quantitative determination of MIC on plastic or paper strips Package nr 5 - Antibiotic and diagnostic discs Package no. 6 - Tests for the assessment of physicochemical parameters and urine structured elements together with the lease of diagnostic equipment Package no. 7 - Reagents for the determination of critical parameters together with the lease of diagnostic equipment Packagest No. 8 - Reagents for serological blood tests with rental of diagnostic equipment Package No. 9 - Tests Package No. 10 - Reagents for immunochemistry with rental of diagnostic equipment Package No. 11 - Serological reagents Package No. 12 - Test detecting GDH antigen and toxin A and B Dutystridium difficile II.4.3) The detailed scope of parameters and requirements for the subject of the Order is described in the assortment form - detailed price offer - Annex 1A to the SWZ - requirements specified on the basis of art. 218 sec. 2
