• The subject of the order is the supply of reagents along with the lease of a set of devices for performing hematology tests and RNA isolation kits compatible with the QuicGeneAuto12S device for a period of 12 and 36 months, divided into 2 parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order constitutes: Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Assortment and price form, Annex No. 2.1 to SWZ - Form of required technical and assessed parameters (applies to part 1) Minimum expiry date of the goods covered subject of the order is at least 12 months from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party. Deliveries of products with a shorter expiry date may be permitted in exceptional situations and must be approved each time by an authorized representative. Ordering Party. The conditions for the implementation of the Subject of the Order are also included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ (concerning Part No. 2) and Annex No. 4.1. to SWZ.
