1. The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents and accessories, along with the lease of the analyzer.
with the rental of the analyzer, the Ordering Party understands the cyclical delivery of reagents for laboratory tests during the duration of the contract in accordance with orders submitted by the Ordering Party and the Contractor provides the Ordering Party with an appropriate analyzer for use during the duration of the contract. No. 3b to SWZ.
