- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and control materials along with the lease of analyzers for SPWSZ in Szczecin.
The Contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ, and in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter. Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and in Annexes No. 1A and 1B to the SWZ.
2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is attached as Annex No. 1 to SWZ.
