Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of reagents along with the lease of analyzers for the Pulmonology and Thoracic Surgery Center in Bystra, which consists of 8 separate Packages. A detailed description of the subject of the order in the assortment and quantities was specified in the assortment and price form, constituting the Annex No. 2 to the Specification of Order Conditions, hereinafter referred to as SWZ and in Attachment. No. 7 to SWZ - technical parameters form, which also specifies the minimum technical requirements that the offered analyzer must meet. The implementation of the subject of the order is specified in the Annex. No. 8 to SWZ draft contract together with the PPDO contract. The subject of the order was divided into 8 separate Packages as follows:
−Package No. 1 Liquid media for culturing and determining drug susceptibility of tuberculosis bacilli (reagents) along with the lease of an analyzer for culturing and assessing drug susceptibility of tuberculosis bacilli
−Package No. 2 Liquid media for blood culture (reagents) with the rental of an analyzer monitoring blood cultures
−Package No. 3 Reagents with the lease of a biochemical analyzer
−Package No. 4 Reagents for hematology with the lease of a hematology analyzer
−Package No. 5 Reagents for immunochemistry along with the lease of an immunochemical analyzer
−Package No. 6 Reagents for coagulation with the lease of a coagulation analyzer
−Package No. 7 Reagents for molecular diagnostics with the lease of an analyzer for isolation, amplification and detection of genetic material cultures
