Description:
Delivery of reagents and materials for cytology on a liquid basis in the BD Totalys Slide Prep device for UCK 1. The subject of the order is the supply of reagents and materials for cytology on a liquid basis in the BD Totalys Slide Prep device for UCK in the range, price, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. The offered assortment referred to in section 1, must meet the requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. Failure to meet even one of the requirements specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ will result in: rejection of the offer.3. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered assortment at his own expense to the Department of Pathomorphology, Clinical Hospital, UCK, CMI building, ul. Smoluchowskiego 17, 80 214 Gdask4. Product deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders. The maximum delivery time is 10 business days from the date of placing the order, in accordance with the deadline declared in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.
