2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) and the manner of execution of the contract It contains a description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ and the assortment and price form, constituting Annex 3 to SWZ.
until 30.09.2027
2) (package 2) lease two biochemical research analyzers for a period of 25 months, i.e. from 01/09/2025. until 30.09.2027
3) (Package 2) Providing available as part of the price for the subject of the order of one fridge with a site for storing reagents for the entire duration of the contract.
4. The compensation allows for partial offers (Package 1-2).
5. The contractor's duties and the manner in which the order was processed has been specified in detail in Annex 5 to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract.
6. The order of the contract must meet the requirements set out in the Act of 07.04.2022 on medical devices (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024. item 1620), must have documents allowing and use in Poland, in particular to be marked with the CE mark specifying compliance with the requirements of the European Union.
