Delivery of reagents for biochemical, immunochemical tests along with the supply and lease of the analyzers and the implementation of the laboratory IT system to the ZOZ laboratory diagnostics department ...and the implementation of the laboratory IT system to the laboratory diagnostics department of ZOZ.
1. The task includes the supply of rejacts to biochemical, immunochemical, supplies, installation, starting and leasing the integrated biochemical and immunochemical system, biochemical analyzerBack-up, and supplies, installation, implementation and lease of a laboratory IT system in the Diagnostics Department of the Laboratory Health Care Team in Busko-Zdroj, at ul. Boh. Warsaw 67, 28-100 Busko-Zdrj together with the submission of analyzers currently working in the laboratory diagnostics departmentand the subject of this application to the laboratory IT system. 2. Delivery of reagents in accordance with the current needs of the order in packaging, assortment and quantities specified in the assortment and price sheet, constituting the starters No. 1 to SWZ. Delivery of analyzers and implementationLaboratory IT system within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract.
