- 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reagents, consumables and the rental of analyzers to the Analytical Laboratory of the Independent Public Health Care Complex in Hrubieszow (hereinafter also referred to as the Hospital) divided into 19 (in words - nineteen) packages:
Package I Cassette tests
Package II Agglutination tests for qualitative and semi-quantitative determination
Package III Kits, media and latex tests for the identification and differentiation of bacterial strains
Package IV Reagents for the Medonic M32S hematology device
Package V Kits for determining occult blood in feces
Package VI Media for bacterial cultivation, latex tests to identify bacteria and antibiotics to determine drug susceptibility
Package VII - Reagents for the Bioksel 6100 coagulation analyzer
Package VIII - Cassette sets for the detection of glutamate dehydrogenase antigen and toxins stool samples
Package IX - Urine analysis strips for LabUreader plus 2 reader
Package X - Microbial culture media compatible with the Bactalert 3d240 device
Package XI - Identification and drug sensitivity panels compatible with the DB Phoenix M50 camera
Package XII - Rental of two analyzers: analyzer A and analyzer B and a POCT test device as a C device combined with the supply of reagents within a period of 36 months
