Description:
1. The subject of this procedure is the lease of a biochemical analyzer, two immunochemical analyzers and a urinalysis analyzer, as well as the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables for the needs of "Szpital Miejski w Rabka - Zdroj" Sp. z o. o.
2. Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual packages. This order includes:
1) Package No. 1: Lease of two analyzers for immunochemical determinations with the delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables
2)Package No. 2: Lease of the analyzer to biochemical determinations along with the supply of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables
3) Package No. 3: Lease of a urinalysis analyzer with delivery of reagents, controls, calibrators and consumables
detailed description of which, as well as quantitative scope and The assortment is detailed in Annex No. 1A to the SWZ - Offered technical parameters and Annex No. 1B - assortment and price form. The assortment and price form and the offered technical parameters should be attached to the offer. This description should be read together with any changes the content of the SWZ, e.g. the result of responses to contractors' inquiries.
