- The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents with the lease of analyzers for the needs of the Pulmonology and Toracic Surgery Center in Bystra, which consists of 9 separate packages. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in the assortment and quantities is specified in the assortment and price form, constituting No. 2 to the specification of the terms of the contract, SWZ and in No. 7 to SWZ - a technical parameter form, which also determines the minimum technical requirements that the offered analyzer must meet. The implementation of the subject of the contract was specified in No. 8 to SWZ - draft contract with a PPDO agreement. The subject of the order was divided into 9 separate packages in accordance with the following:
