Description:
1) The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of reagents together with the lease of fully automated immunohematological analyzers divided into the following tasks:
a) Task No. 1 - Delivery of reagents to your technological line together with the lease of the analyzer
b) Task No. 2 - Deliveryreagents for performing transfusion immunology tests together with the lease of analyzers
2) The contracting authority declares that the minimum level of the order, which will be completed under the contract, will include the supply of reagents and useful materials together with the lease of completeapparatus necessary to perform specific tests for a period of 24 months. The remaining scope of the order will be covered by the right option, which the manager will be able to use in the event of a demand for more tests or an extension of the lease period.
3) The contractor should indicateThe number of reagents and consumable materials necessary to perform a certain amount of tests in a period of 36 months divided into the basic order, i.e. in the period of 24 months and optional order, i.e. in a period of 12 months.with the lease of a fully automated immunohematological analyzer
