Description:
1. The subject of the order is the SUPPLY OF REAGENTS TO THE MICROBIOLOGY LABORATORY in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2 to the SWZ.
99 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act. However, where the item description the order or the attached documentation includes references to trademarks, patents or the origin, source or specific process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular Contractor, as well as by means of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems technical references, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent", even if the word "equivalent" is not indicated in the description. All the above-mentioned indications have been cited in order to specify technical, operational, functional and quality parameters and requirements. subject of the order.
4. The subject of the order was divided into 8 packages (tasks, parts), i.e.:
