- Description:
- The subject of the order is the delivery and implementation of an automatic analyzer for serological testing by the method of column microtes along with the successive delivery of serological reagents, cassettes/microart, blood cells and consumables as well as the lease of accompanying equipment. Offered analyzer It must have a positive IHIT opinion in Warsaw, alternatively RCKiK in Warsaw regarding the method offered. Marking of delivered products, instructions for use, product description, labels (original) must be made in Polish. The offered subject of the contract should be a product factory a new, admission to the EU, complete and free from technical and legal defects, as well as have the name of the manufacturer, necessary markings required by regulations (CE), in addition, both the subject of the contract and its original packaging must contain all other markings resulting from the current regulations, if required. Delivery to the indicated place includes lodging, assembly, installation (connection) and all other costs related to the performance of the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements set by the Ordering Party.
As part of the contractual remuneration During the performance of the contract, the equipment constituting the subject of the contract must be covered by a full warranty. During the warranty period, all repairs that will be made at the cost of the device contractor. The cost of repair should be understood as:
