The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents for the needs of the project: "Increasing the knowledge and skills of medical staff in the field of perinatal diagnostics genetically conditioned diseases, with a focus on early prenatal diagnostics of innate metabolism defects. "The detailed description and method of order processing include the assortment and price table Annex No. 2 to SWZ and template of the contract Annex No. 4 to SWZ. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting offers partial, divided into 2 parts. The contracting authority does not provide for the awarding of orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the PZP.
