1 For the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Center of the Provincial Combined Hospital Jędrzej Śniadecki Bialystok. IN Attachment No. 2 to SWZ - the detailed form of the offer specified the quantities and requirements that the offered subject of the contract must meet.
2. Description of the subject of the contract and the terms of the contract are included in the attachments:
