Delivery of reagents to the Serology and Transfusion Laboratory with the Blood Bank and Lease analyzer, replacement manual system and IT system and delivery of tubes for serological tests analyzer.
1.1 The subject of the order is the supply of reagents to the serology and transfusion laboratory with the blood bank, along with the lease of the analyzer, substitute manual system and IT system, and delivery of tubes for serological tests analyzer.
The contractor may submit an offer for one or two parts of the order.
Package No. 1- Supply of reagents, control and use materials, lease analyzer together with the technical and application service of a replacement manual system with equipment and an IT system for the Serology and Transfusion Bank Laboratory with the Blood Bank.
Package No. 2- Delivery of tubes for automatic serological tests analyzer.
1.3 Departing description of the subject Orders were included in Annex 1a to SWZ (description of the subject of the contract- a list of required and evaluated parameters) and in Annex 1B to SWZ (assortment and price form), which constitute an integral part of SWZ.
