- 1. The subject of this order is the supply of rehabilitation devices broken down into part of the order, hereinafter referred to as "packages" from 1 to 8:
Package 1: Supply of devices to biostimulation laser therapy,
Package 2: Delivery of two -channel ElektroteraPi cameras,
Package 3: Medical laser delivery,
Package 4: Delivery of washing station for protective glasses,
Package 5: Delivery of glasses for testing nystagmus,
Package 6: Tablet delivery with vision tracking function,
Package 7: Delivery of laser therapy protective glasses,
Package 8: Delivery of lamps for exposure with equipment.
2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract, Specification as to the type and number of devices, in the scope of individual parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as ,, Packages from 1 to 8 "was specified in the forms of the required technical conditions, which constitute Annex No. 2.1-2.8 to SWZ, respectively.
