Description:
The procedure for awarding a sectoral contract is conducted in the form of an open tender pursuant to the provisions of the Act of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws, item 2019, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Law.
The order covers the supply of relays and electrical and electronic protectionfor Branches of Polska Grupa Gornicza S.A. A detailed description of the subject of the order as well as legal requirements and technical and operational parameters are specified in the SWZ. In this procurement procedure, communication between the ordering party and contractors, in particular the submission of offers, EEDZ and documentsinformation and declarations, takes place using electronic means of communication. Offers together with attachments and EDZ, under pain of nullity, shall be prepared in electronic form and shall be provided with a qualified electronic signature.
