Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of rescue equipment for the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Katowice. The subject of the order includes 33 sets of three-piece special clothing and 33 pairs of special leather shoes2. The offered products must meet all the specified characteristics in SWZ, be new, manufactured in 2025. Moreover, all offered products must be free from physical and legal defects, free from third-party rights and cannot be the subject of any proceedings or security. 3. The detailed scope of deliveries is specified in: 1) the proposed provisions of the contract template (Appendix No. 9 to SWZ), 2) Descriptions of the subject of the order (za.1a) 4. Quality warranty period and warranty for defects - The Ordering Party requires that the quality warranty period for delivered supplies is at least 24 months from the date of receipt of the supplies.
