- The subject of the contract is the delivery of a rescuer backpacks of a paramedic (PRS) and individual medical packages (IPMED) with equipment and additional medical materials for their equipment divided into 4 tasks:
Task No. 1 - Sanitary rescuer backpacks (PRS) with equipment
Task No. 2 - Individual Medical Packages (IPMED) with equipment

Task No. 4 - Medical materials for the equipment of individual medical packages (IPMED)
Requirements, quantities and detailed Description of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to SWZ- Description of the subject of the contract, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog.
The contracting authority provides for the right of options in the said proceedings.
1. The contracting authority provides Option right for task No. 1 and Task No. 2 in accordance with art. 441 of the PZP Act. The implementation of the right of the option, depending on the needs of the contracting authority, will consist in increasing the subject of the contract, as described by the subject of the contract, up to a maximum of 200 % of the value of the basic order.
2. Extended The order under the option of the option will be carried out by December 12, 20125 at the latest. The Contractor will be entitled to separate remuneration for delivered deliveries ordered under the option. The contracting authority shall submit a declaration of exercising the right of the option by 12.11.2025 at the latest.
