Description:
1.1. The subject of the order is the delivery along with the assembly and launch of the research and didactic position in the form of a complete steam power plant on a laboratory scale, equipped with an integrated control system. The order includes delivery, assembly and startup andConducting trainings for users and technical service.
2. The service is carried out for the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Shooting of the Gdańsk University of Technology for the purposes of the implementation of the project "Studies 5.0. Study programs for key industries of the national industry" co -financed by the UnionEuropean from the European Social Fund Plus under the European Funds Program for Social Development 2021-2027 Agreement Number of Co-financing Agreement FERS.01.05-IP.080027/23-00.The measuring
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was described in Annex 4 to SWZ.
5. The contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex 5 SWZ.tasks.
7. The contractor may entrust the performance of part of the subcontractor's order. In this case, the contracting authority requires the contractor to indicate in the offer, part of the contract, the performance of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, and providing the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known.
