Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the supply of research equipment in the form of a Martindale (at least 4 position) apparatus for testing abrasion resistance with equipment for testing according to the standards: ISO 12947-1, ISO 12947-2, ISO 20344, ISO 5470-2 to the Ordering Party: Research network Łukasiewicz, Łodź Technology Institute, Laboratory of Skin Research and Skin -like materials, ul. Zgierska 73, 3rd floor, 91-463 Łodź.
3.2. The applicant informs that the subject of the contract was not divided into parts due to the fact that it is one indivisible whole.
3.3. Allows the possibility of submitting partial offers.
The contractor may propose products with better technical, quality, functional parameters than specified parameters by the contracting authority.
3.5. Setting an offer to a device that does not meet all parameters or having parameters worse than written in Annex 1 to SWZ (assortment and price sheet) will result in the rejection of the offer.
3.6. The concept of delivery should be understood as the delivery of the original, factory new, unused equipment to the headquarters of the ordering party, assembly, installation, calibration, startup, service training, positive reception of the running device.
