The subject of the order includes the supply of reserve rescuer equipment for the needs of civil protection and civil defense to the extent described in detail in Annex No. 1, description of the subject of the order + technical specifications No. 1/2025; 2/2025; 3/2025; 4/2025 approved by the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service (Warsaw, October, edition/2025) The order includes the following equipment items:4. 1) Bullet and bulletproof helmet, 48 pcs. 5. 2) Protective visor for bullet and bulletproof helmet - 48 pcs., 6. 3) Tactical goggles - 48 pcs.7. 4) Outer bullet and shell-proof vest 48 pieces. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor read in detail the Announcement of the Minister of Interior and Administration of March 12, 2024. regarding the publication of the uniform text of the regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs on the conduct of conformity assessment of products intended for state security purposes and the list of these products (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 486) and the Act on the system of conformity assessment of products intended for national defense and security purposes.
