- The first part of the subject of the order is carried out under the title: Transport of residents of the Kocmyrzw Luborzyca Commune to the Community Self-Help Home in Winiary, including: provision of transport services for 10 residents of the Kocmyrzw Luborzyca Commune who have an administrative decision directing them to participate in classes conducted by the Community Self-Help Home in Winiary (hereinafter referred to as: participants and DS Winiary), including people in wheelchairs from their place of residence in the Kocmyrzw Luborzyca Commune to the Community Self-Help Home in Winiary (address Winiary 63, 32-109 Paecznica). Delivery service will take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
