- Part I of the order - delivery of food products for the School Complex in Skopań, in estimated quantities specified in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. A detailed estimated list of products is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - List of food products.4. The amounts of food products indicated in the Annex should be treated as estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to limit the scope of purchase or increase it to 50% of the value of the subject of the order.5. The delivery of food products will take place every day, during the unit's working days, at hours agreed with the unit's director.6. The delivered assortment should be of good quality in the first grade, and meets - the requirements resulting from the applicable legal provisions, in particular specified: 1) in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132), 2) in the Act of December 21, 2000 on the commercial quality of agricultural products food (Journal of Laws Laws of 2022, item 1688, as amended),3) in the Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1753, as amended),4) Regulation (EC) 852/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 29 2004...
