Description:
The subject of the contract are successive delivery by the contractor of a reusable assortment for a period of 24 months, hereinafter referred to as the goods, described in detail in the content of the price form constituting Annex 2 to SWZ and in accordance with the planned provisions of the contract constituting the attachment No. 4 to this SWZ.
The Employer guarantees that the minimum value of the contractor granted during the contract will be 50 % of the value of this task specified in the price form constituting Annex 1 to the contract.
The contracting authority informs that in the subject The procedure conducted in an open tender procedure provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in art. 139 para. 1 of the Act The contracting authority, using the said procedure, will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer was the highest rated in the scope of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions of participation
in the proceedings.
