Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a reversing belt mangle with an automatic longitudinal folding machine to the Police Training Center in Legionowo as part of the first equipment of building no. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix 4 to SWZ.3. Ordering party does not allow the submission of variant offers.4. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, constituting Annex No. 5 to SWZ.5. Pursuant to Art. 310 of the Act, the Ordering Party may cancel the proceedings awarding the contract if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to use to finance all or part of the order have not been granted to it.6. The Ordering Party reserves that the total value of the order may not exceed its financial resources.7. The subject of the order will be delivered to the Ordering Party's office at the Contractor's expense on a business day after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party's Coordinator.
