Ladies and Gentlemen, The subject of the order is the delivery of a rescue and transport boat of the RIB type with equipment for the West Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in Szczecin, for the needs of the Provincial Flood Warehouse in Lubieszyn, intended to carry out civil protection tasks, civil defense and crisis management. Scope of the subject of the order: The contractor undertakes to deliver and hand over a brand new rescue and transport boat of the RIB type, along with an outboard engine, an approved boat trailer and a set of equipment specified in the Description of the Subject Matter Orders - Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ). The order includes: 1) delivery of a complete vessel with an outboard engine and a transport trailer to the warehouse in Lubieszyn, (Lubieszyn 10H, 72-002 Dołuje, in accordance with the conditions specified in the technical specification, 2) equipping the boat with a protective cover made of waterproof and UV radiation-resistant material, enabling it to be stored outdoors, 3) assembly, commissioning and checking operational readiness, 4) training at least two of the Ordering Party's employees in the field operation and maintenance of the boat and trailer, 5) providing full technical documentation, including the operating manual in Polish, CE declaration of conformity, warranty cards, 6) providing service during the warranty period under the conditions specified in the contract template.
