Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of road salt to combat slippery on voivodship roads in the 2025/2026 season - 124/25 procedure number 124/25
1st road condition. The above does not require the preparation of an annex to the contract.
The minimum remuneration of the Contractor for the performance of the contract will not be lower than 10% of the contractual remuneration, regardless of the scope of reducing the performance of the contract by the Ordering Party
1.2. The set description of the subject of the contract finds in the technical specification
(IV part of SWZ).
1.3. The applicant reserves the right to inspect selected supply parties to check them Quality, in relation to the above requirements, in specialized laboratories. In the event of poor quality road salt, the ordering party will be had The right to request a replacement for material without defects and charged the contractor's tests.
1.4. The Outpatient reserves the right to inspect selected delivery parties to check the actual amount of delivery with the amount entered on the WZ document.
In the event of actual underestimation amount of delivery with the amount given
In the event of a deficiency of the inspected salt supply, the weighing costs shall be borne by the contractor.
