Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of a cytostatics robot. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019. PZP, (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320) - hereinafter referred to as PZP, in the form of an open tender with an estimated value exceeding the EU thresholds (Article 132 of the PZP) based on Art. 138 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Law.
The Ordering Party informs that the order is co-financed by the European Union under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component D "Efficiency, accessibility and quality of the health care system", Investment D1.1.1 "Development and modernization of infrastructure of centers highly specialized care and other medical entities" - project entitled "Improving the availability and quality of medical services in the field of oncology at the Provincial Specialist Hospital in Biała Podlaska", project number: KPOD.07.02-IP.10-0113/24.
Subject matter of the contract in the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) is defined by the codes:

The offer includes:
