3Orders constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
The "delivery" should be understood as the delivery of assembled chairs by transport to the cost and risk of the contractor along with their unloading, bringing and setting (at the contractor's expense) in the rooms located in the locations indicated by the contracting authority.
2. Entry of the subject of the contract, quantitative distribution and delivery places were included in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. The applicant reserves the right to increase the size of the basic order under the law of options on the terms set out in § 12Planned provisions of the contract constituting Annex 7 to SWZ.
4. The company does not allow partial offers. One contractor may submit one offer for the whole order. The order must be processed in accordance with the requirements set out in this SWZ. The contracting authority did not makeDivision of the order into parts due to the fact that the subject of the order is the delivery of chairs of the same type, homogeneous in terms of technical parameters, colors and style.
