1. The subject of the order is: Delivery of roughening material for winter maintenance of district roads; sand (fine aggregate) in the amount of 2000t including delivery and unloading.1.1. Place of sand deliveries (fine aggregate): - to the storage yard at ul. Polna 3b in car 1.2. Sand deliveries will be made successively according to the needs of the Ordering Party. The request will be submitted by the Ordering Party by telephone or e-mail. The Contractor will start delivering materials within 2 days from the date of request. The ordering party will specify the quantity of material in the demand notification. Cost of transporting materials lies with the Contractor.1.3. . Sand (fine aggregate) should have the following parameters: - the grain size should be relatively uniform, the grain size should be 0.125-2.00 mm and not exceed 4 mm (oversize content is allowed up to 15%), - fine grain content (- the sand cannot does not contain any clay or clay contamination, cannot be contaminated with organic compounds such as grass, root debris, branches, etc. The contractor will be obliged to submit appropriate documents upon delivery.
