Description:
1. Delivery of sanitary materials for the needs of DOLINA KRYNKI Sp. z o. o. The task is carried out as part of the awarded contract in the sole procurement mode (pursuant to Article 214, section 1, point 11 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended) for the execution of works construction works involving the implementation of the task: Modernization and retrofitting of the social infrastructure of SP ZOZ Sokka, Part 1 of the order: renovation of the internal medicine ward.2. The order includes the supply of sanitary materials (brand new), having all the required approvals for use by law in construction (B mark, CE mark and approvals and certificates indicated in individual order items). 3. The order consists of a basic order and an order covered by option rights. The quantitative scope and General requirements are included in Table No. 1, which is an annex to the Description of the subject of the order.4. Item orders for sanitary materials - they must be brand new, free from defects and damage.
