Description:
1. Delivery of sanitary materials for the needs of PPDB Sp. z o. o. The task is carried out by the Ordering Party - PPDB Sp. z o. o., with its registered office in Sokka, at ul. Torowa 12, as part of the Investor's investment - Sokl County, ul. March. J. Pisudskiego 8, 16-100 Sokka, pn.: Establishment of the District Activity Department Vocational in Sokka.2. The order includes the supply of sanitary materials (brand new), having all the required regulatory approvals for use in construction (B, CE mark and approvals and certificates indicated in the individual order items). 3. The order consists of a basic order and an order covered by option rights. The quantitative scope and General requirements are included in Table No. 1, which is an annex to the Description of the subject of the order.4. The subject of the order is sanitary materials - they must be brand new, free from defects and damage. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the Ordering Party within the time specified in the contract for the implementation of the subject of the order and SWZ (in accordance with the submitted offer). 5.
