Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of sausages, meat to the Police Training Center in Legionowo and the CSP support department in Sułkowice.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 4 to SWZ.
3. The subject of the contract was divided into 6 parts: 1) Part I - Pork and foil sausages And poultry - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 2) Part II - pork, beef meat, fats - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 3) Part III - poultry meat - delivery to the Police Training Center in Legionowo; 4) Part IV - Pork, beef and chicken sausages - delivery to the support department in Sułkowice; 5) Part V - pork, beef, fats and offal - delivery to the support department in Sułkowice; 6) Part VI - Poultry meat and offal - Delivery to the Support Department in Sułkowice.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow submission of offers variant.
5. The Ordering Party allows entrusting the performance of part of the subcontractor's order.
6. The Employer requests the contractor to indicate in the offer part of the contract, whose performance will entrust to subcontractors and to provide the names of any subcontractors if they are already known.
