- Part 1: delivery and installation of a multi-detection microplate reader for absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence measurements. Part 2: delivery and installation of a gel and blot imaging system 3.1. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of equipment scientific office to the Ordering Party's premises to the room at Tylna Street 3 in Łódź, up the stairs on the 1st floor, including bringing and setting up the equipment, installation and user training. 3.2. The Ordering Party informs that the subject of the order has been divided into two parts, i.e.: Part 1: delivery and installation of a multi-detection microplate reader for absorbance, fluorescence and luminescence measurements; Part 2: delivery and installation of a gel and blot imaging system. 3.3. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of submission partial offers. The contractor may submit an offer for one, the other or both parts of the subject of the contract. 3.4. The description of the required parameters of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Assortment and price sheet). The contractor may propose products with better technical, quality and functional parameters than those specified by the Ordering Party. 3.5. Submitting an offer for a device that does not meet all parameters or has parameters worse than those specified in Annex 1 to SWZ (Assortment and price sheet) will result in rejection of the offer.
