Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of research and development equipment for the INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, divided into two tasks (cryostat and diode laser): 350 K for INTiBS PAN inWrocław, together with the assembly, first start-up of the equipment, cryostat leak test and training of personnel in the operation of the device
• Task No. 2: Delivery of a diode laser for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław
- on the terms and to the extent specified in the draft contracts (Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ- task No. 1, Appendix No. 1B to the ToR - task No. 2), in attachments to draft contracts for task No. 1 and task No. 2, in the ToR and appendices to the ToR
2. Detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract and the method of implementation are contained in draft contracts with attachments (detailed descriptions of the subject of the contract1 to the Draft Agreements, respectively, for task No. 1 and task No. 2), constituting Appendix No. 1A to the ToR for task No. 1 and Appendix No. 1B to the ToR for task No. 2
3. Warranty period for the delivered equipment:
• Task no. 1: minimum 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
The contractor may offer a longer warranty period than 12 months. The offer providing for the extension of the guarantee period will receive points as part of the evaluation of offers using the criteria for selecting the most advantageous offer specified in the ToR.
• Task No. 2: 12 months from the date of signing the acceptance report.
