Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of scientific equipment as part of the project "Establishment and launch of the BIO-MAS Research and Development Center" - stage I.
4.2.The subject of the order includes the delivery of:
4.2.1.Part No. 1 - reaction set
4.2.2.Part No. 2 - laboratory reactor
4.3.Description of the required parametersof the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR. The Contractor may propose products with better technical, qualitative and functional parameters than those specified by the Ordering Party.
4.4. Submitting an offer for a device that does not meet all parameters or hasparameters worse than those recorded in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ will result in the rejection of the offer.
4.5. The term "delivery" should be understood as the delivery of original, brand new equipment to the Ordering Party's headquarters, assembly, installation, commissioning, training in operation, positive acceptancerunning device. The cost of transport and insurance is borne by the Contractor.
