Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of screen monitors with the necessary additional equipment and a 24-month manufacturer's warranty.
the order is carried out as part of the basic order - 1,500 pcs and the right to option 200 pcs
2. The subject of the order is described in detail in chapterle II SWZ Description of the subject of the contract.
3 . The Ordering Party pursuant to Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Act provides for the reverse order of evaluation of offers, i.e. it will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest, in the absence of grounds for exclusion.enia and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
4. The Ordering Party is the personal data controller within the meaning of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the freedom toon the flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR".
5. The contractor submits an offer via the eProcurement Platform of the Public Procurement Office - https://ezamowienia.gov.pl/pl/.
6. The Ordering Party reserves that it may invalidate the contract award procedure if the measures ppublic funds that the Ordering Party intended to use to finance the order will not be awarded to it.
7. The offer is submitted, under pain of nullity, in electronic form, in accordance with the requirements strictly specified in SWZ.
