- 4.1. The subject of the order is the supply of SDR programmable radio devices:
1) 1 item to the Institute of Telecommunications - National Research Institute (Department of Systems and Wireless Networks (Z-8) in GdaΕsk (80-252), JaΕkowa Dolina 15,
2 )1 item to the Institute of Telecommunications - National Research Institute (Electromagnetic Compatibility Department (Z--21) in WrOcΕaw (51-501), ul. Swojczycka 38.
4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
The Employer reserves the right to cancel the procedure for awarding this contract pursuant to Art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, if the public funds it intended to allocate tofinancing of the whole or part of the contract, were not awarded to him or pursuant to Art. 256 of the Public Procurement Law, if there were circumstances causing that further conduct of the proceedings in question is unjustified. Contractors are not entitled to any claims in this respect. About the annulment of the posprocedure, the Employer will notify all Contractors participating in the procedure.
