Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a brand new self-propelled multifunctional engineering machine intended for KM PSP, the technical parameters of which are specified in the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix 2 to this specification.2. When calculating the price per the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to take into account all costs related to the execution of the order in accordance with the ToR, including its annexes containing a description of the subject of the order, until the subject of the order is accepted by the Ordering Party without any reservations.3. The subject of the order is to be brand new, unused and not displayed at exhibitions or fairs, technically efficient, safe, compliant with applicable norms and quality standards, complete and ready for use, and must meet minimum technical and functional requirements.4. The contractor is responsible for quality, compliance with the technical and quality conditions described for the subject of the order;5.
