Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a sensitive EMCCD camera for INTiBS PAN in Wrocław, along with warranty servicing of the delivered Equipment - on the terms and to the extent specified in the draft agreement, in the Annexes to the draft agreement and in the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the manner ofof the implementation includes a draft contract with attachments (a detailed description of the subject of the order - Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ), constituting Appendix No. 1.-3. The delivered equipment is to be brand new, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, free from physical and legal defects, in 100% of casesny.
4. The equipment is to have all the accreditations and certificates required by law for this type of devices (eg CE).
5. The warranty period for the delivered Equipment (for each element of the ordered Equipment, except for glass parts and materials and consumables): 12 months from the day following the day aftersigning the Acceptance Protocol confirming the correct
performance of the Agreement.
