• Description:
• Delivery of a server and switch set 1. The subject of this order is the delivery of a server and switch set for the needs of the Medical University of Warsaw. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and quantity, has been provided specified in the Form of Required Technical Conditions, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4.Delivery devices will be delivered to the Logistics Department of the Medical University of Warsaw - Warehouse Management Section, ul. Pawińskiego 3, 02-106 Warszawa, tel. 48 22 57 20 292. 5. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, technical reference system meeting the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order. 6. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to the requirements regarding performance or functionality, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described, compliant with the Polish Standard transposing the European standard, standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing European standards, with the European Technical Assessment, with the common specification for...
