Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a server with a disk array and installed software to the Ordering Party.2. The subject of the order will be delivered to the registered office of the Ordering Party in Rzeszow: ul. Lwowska 100, 35-301 Rzeszw.3. The delivered item must be brand new produced no earlier than 2025. It is not allowed to offer refurbished, demonstration or post-exhibition devices.4. Devices must be purchased through the manufacturer's official distribution channel and serviced by the manufacturer or an authorized service partner of the manufacturer in the territory of EU.5. The ordering party requires a single point of sale for warranty repairs for the delivered devices (server, array, disk drive).6. The devices cannot be modified at the stage of delivery between the manufacturer and the Ordering Party.7. The delivered devices must have the latest, stable version installed software, available on the equipment manufacturer's website as of the date of equipment production.8.
