Description:
1 physical and legal and having company signs of the manufacturer - server equipment to the headquarters of the Central Examination Board (CKE) and headquarters Eight District Examination Boards (OKE), including:
40 pcs; 2 pcs.
6) Management System - 1 item,
7) UPS emergency power supplies - 18 pcs.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. The contract performance date - the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract within no more than 20 business days from the date of the contract, and if the contract is concluded before February 2 2026, this period will run from February 2, 2026 with the proviso that the delivery will take place on business days (Monday- Friday) from 8:00 to 15:00. The contract applies until the date of signing the collective acceptance protocol, however, no later than on June 20, 2026.
4. Ordering procedure It is conducted in an open tender mode, pursuant to art. 132 - 139 of the Public Procurement Law, i.e. on the value of an order equal or exceeding the amount of € 143,000 - 663 105 PLN net.
