Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of server equipment, server software licenses and renewal of technical support for existing devices. The ordering party divided the order into three parts. Part No. 1 of the order - Delivery of servers with manufacturer's support and server software licenses. Part No. 2 of the order - Delivery of an LTO-9 tape library along with implementation and manufacturer's warranty service. Part No. 3 of the order - Expansion of existing Quantum deduplicators and extension of support. Wherever the subject of the order is described by indicating trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to use solutions equivalent to those described, provided that they have at least the same or better technical and functional parameters indicated in the SWZ and do not lower the standards specified in the SWZ. If the Contractor proposes equivalent products, he is obliged to do so prepare and attach to the offer a list of all proposed equivalent elements and demonstrate their equivalence in relation to the elements described in the SWZ. Details regarding equivalence can be found in the SWZ.
