Description:
1. The subject of the contract is: delivery of server-network equipment with accessories, hereinafter referred to as "equipment" for the Faculty of Biology at the University of Gdańsk.
2. Code of classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 30233000-1 (data storage and reading devices), 48822000-6 (servers computer), 30237360-0 (LTO tape cassettes).
3. Detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the description of the subject of the contract - the attachment No. 6
to SWZ.
4. Miejsce Supply of equipment: University of Gdańsk, Faculty of Biology, Department of Plant Taxonomy and Nature Conservation, 80-308 Gdańsk, ul. Wita Stwosza 59, room C405.
5. The resource requires a guarantee for equipment for a period of 36 months, including 60 months for hard drives. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
6. Among the signing of the contract, it provides for applying a 0% VAT rate per server, Pursuant to art. 83 para. 14 points 1 of the Act of 11 March 2004. on tax on goods and services (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2025, item 775, as amended)
