Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a server with an operating system for the Ksipol Commune as part of the project Improving service for residents of MOF Bigoraja using IT tools.2. The contractor must bear in mind that this order is one of a series of orders implemented as part of the project Improving service for residents of MOF Bigoraja using IT tools. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Appendix No. 8.4. Subject means of evidence: 1) Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 107(1) of the Public Procurement Law. requires from The contractors must submit the following evidence together with their offer in order to enable the offer to be assessed: - a printout from the website www.spec.org confirming the test results for the processor installed in the offered server, a printout in English; - printout from the operating system manufacturer's website confirming the compatibility of the offered server with the offered operating system; printing in English is allowed. - declaration of compliance with the RoHS directive.2) The Ordering Party informs that in accordance with art. 107 section 2 of the Public Procurement Law, if the Contractor fails to submit the evidence or complex items...
