Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a set of elements of an organic synthesis installation, in the form of a 50 l reactor with equipment, two 100 l reactors with equipment, an apparatus for neutralizing toxic gases (scrubber), an oil vacuum pump, a filter pump, and two control systems temperature, additional equipment, along with their installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Description of the subject of the contract - "OPZ") and Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (Designed provisions of the contract - "PPU").
3. Description of the item procurement based on the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV):

4. The ordering party does not divide the order for parts and, therefore, does not allow the submission of partial offers. Justification: The entire contract is tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of Annex I to Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014. The purpose of the contract is to provide a comprehensive and a compatible set of equipment for organic synthesis, including glass reactors with equipment, auxiliary devices, gas neutralization system, vacuum pump, filtration systems and temperature control systems, along with installation and training of the Ordering Party's staff.
